Installation Recommendations

For proper operation and routine maintenance, we recommend leaving a minimum of 24 inches of clearance on both sides of the gantry. This provides adequate access for servicing, cleaning, and material handling.

Spoil Board Recommendation

RTR PRO routers are shipped without a table board or spoil board, allowing customers to choose the material best suited to their application. We recommend using 3/4-inch Baltic Birch or Maple plywood for both the table board and spoil board.
