Refund policy

• Products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• If you have not received your order and wish to cancel, the customer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse order refunds from equipment financing institutions.
• When receiving replacement parts for a past purchase, you may be asked to return your faulty components. If this is the case, you will receive a return label and will need to return these parts to our facility within 30 days.
