If you are receiving your Plasma or Router order by freight shipping, a forklift or skid steer with a 6' pallet fork is required to safely unload the machine from the freight truck.*This is solely the responsibility of the customer.
If you are picking up your Plasma or Router order from our facility, a trailer is required to safely transport your machine to your destination.
Freight shipping rates are subject to change. Initial freight shipping costs are an estimate and will need to be re-quoted when your order is ready to be shipped.
Please be aware that the freight carriers are subject to a number of regulations, one of which is that the drivers are not required to give any assistance in unloading freight deliveries.
Freight delivery dates and times are an estimate. Spark Robotic can not control third-party freight carrier transit or delivery dates and times.
In the unlikely event that you see any signs of damage to the shipping crate or machinery, it is extremely important to note a brief description of the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for the shipment. You must document even minor damage on the delivery receipt and report the damage to us right away by emailing us at sales@sparkrobotic.com. We will work quickly to take care of any damage to your machine.
The freight carrier is liable for any damage sustained during shipment. A claim of the damage will be made with the carrier on your behalf. The carrier will determine a resolution within 30-120 days of claim submission.
Spark Robotic cannot control whether or not items from other manufacturers (Hurricane Vacuum System, Rikon Dust Collector, Hypertherm etc.) will arrive prior to your table completion, and may need to be shipped afterwards.
Returns & Cancellations
Products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
If you have not received your order and wish to cancel, the customer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee.
When receiving replacement parts for a past purchase, you may be asked to return your faulty components. If this is the case, you will receive a return label and will need to return these parts to our facility within 30 days.
